• Independently licensed and clear to practice
  • Therapists: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist
  • Nurse Practitioners: FNP, ACNP, AGNP
  • Physicians: MD or DO (Board Certified)
• At least 2 years independent practice experience
