We are seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to oversee our People Team & ensure both compliance and smooth operations for our employees & clinicians.

The ideal candidate for this role will lead the team in a variety of HR and People Operations related tasks to ensure that we are taking care of what matters most: our employees. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our people strategy, helping us drive change and growth across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a people strategy that aligns with our organization’s mission, vision, and values
  • Working closely with our executive team and other stakeholders to ensure that our people strategy supports employee retention, effective organizational structure, and compliance across all necessary rules and regulations
  • Creating and applying DEI initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace for all employees
  • Leading our People team, which manages both in-person and remote employees & contractors, for our corporate & clinician teams
  • Driving change across the organization, including pushing back against status quo approaches to HR and introducing new and innovative practices that help us attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Advocating for our employees and contractors through a business management lens

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or human resources
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or hiring practices
    • 2+ years of experience in healthcare related field, specifically clinician employment
  • Culturally responsive and experienced in diversity, equity, and inclusion
    • Deep understanding of DEI issues and best practices, with experience developing and implementing DEI initiatives
  • Strong track record of developing and implementing people strategies that drive organizational growth and success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving change and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams
