About The Role
G2 is looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing GTM Analytics team! Your role will be instrumental in accelerating growth by providing the Sales organization with key insights around Partnerships to help close new business and renewal opportunities.
In This Role, You Will:
- Analyze key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics, translating data into insights and recommendations to Account Management leadership.
- Create data visualizations that simplify complex information in a robust, accurate, and appealing visual story that engages stakeholders and drives them to action.
- Document, monitor, and proactively recommend improvement to data processes and key metrics while quantifying the impact of changes for leaders
- Help develop Single Source of Truth (SSOT) data frameworks to enable GTM analytics across various data sources and data grains that allow efficient drillability into critical data attributes and components while establishing proper governance on stability and scalability of source data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams responsible for implementing projects in support of functional and company wide business objectives
Minimum Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing operations, data analytics or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Snowflake, Redshift and Salesforce, familiarity with related CRM integrations (ZoomInfo, Clari, Marketo, Zendesk)
- Experience with using SQL to work on building data views and understanding of data warehouses such as (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift)
- Advanced knowledge of analytical tools ranging from Excel and GSheets to visualization platforms such as Looker, Tableau, CRMA, SiSense and others.
- Experience working with a fast paced growth environment and proven ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to simplify complex concepts.
