POSITION OVERVIEW

FourKites is looking for a Sr. Director, Revenue Marketing to lead a team of Demand Gen, ABM, Events and Digital Marketers, who support our enterprise Sales Teams, globally. The ideal candidate will be proficient in running global teams and will take a hands-on approach to strategy, planning and execution for account-, solution- and industry-specific multi-channel new, up-sell, cross-sell and demand gen campaigns and events, partnering closely with sales and marketing leadership. The Sr. Director, Revenue Marketing is responsible for leading the company-wide ABM strategy, as well as creating, executing and measuring demand generation and account-based marketing programs that drive and accelerate pipeline. This ultimately will lead to strong net new logo acquisitions as well as customer retention and growth. The right candidate will take a balanced approach to strategy and execution and communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Hire, train, coach, and lead a global team of demand gen, ABM, events and digital marketers.
  • Influence and steer revenue marketing budget and hiring plan.
  • Working with the VP, Marketing, establish a strategic ABM framework and enable programs, including account selection, account research, and planning, as well as defining ABM-specific metrics and dashboards.
  • Utilize ABM metrics to ensure the business impact is measured by new pipeline, bookings, contact database growth, and account and contact engagement.
  • Set the standard for effective account-based marketing practices across all Revenue Marketing tactics and channels, including our event strategy.
  • Lead education of the field organization on the role of ABM to target accounts and help the team to manage that process within their campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Leadership, Enterprise Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to tailor content based on account strategy and target personas.
  • Provide Sales Leadership with data and insights on key accounts, programs and campaigns.
  • Oversee and track execution of marketing programs, including measurement and reporting performance against KPIs and goals.
  • Closely integrate with sales executives, supporting the needs of their industry and territory and driving the strategic direction and execution of ABM strategies.
  • Develop and implement 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM programs to cross-sell applications and expand annual recurring revenue with existing and new logo accounts.
  • Leverage ABM automation platform and tools to identify and monitor buyer intent keywords and buying stage to orchestrate buyer intent-driven campaigns to segmented audiences at scale.
  • Develop target buyer personas and tailor industry -specific value proposition to fit a variety of programs across the buyer’s journey.
  • Deliver closed loop marketing reporting, dashboards and analysis on campaign performance, and pipeline and revenue attribution.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of B2B demand generation, field marketing, ABM and digital marketing experience.
  • 5+ People management experience.
  • Enterprise SaaS or supply chain marketing experience is a major plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation (Salesforce + Marketo preferred).
  • Experience with an ABM/ABX platform (e.g. 6sense, DemandBase, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to orchestrate buyer intent-driven campaigns preferred.
  • Experience leveraging content hub tools (e.g.High Spot) tailored to the buyer’s journey and social advocacy tools (e.g. Sprout Social) to drive account engagement is a plus.
  • Track record of consistently delivering measurable results and making data driven decisions
  • Proven experience working with sales teams.
  • Demonstrated analytical approach, understanding of core marketing and pipeline metrics.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt and align with business needs.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution.
  • Possess a high degree of initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • Ability to travel, if needed.
