As a Trainer and Change Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful training and development of employees while also leading and managing change initiatives within the organization. Your expertise in training methodologies and ability to facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions will equip employees with the skills and knowledge required for their roles. Additionally, your change management skills will be vital in driving and supporting organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, and fostering a positive and adaptive work culture.\

What you’ll be doing:

Training and Development:

• Develop comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels, catering to various learning styles and needs.
• Design and implement training materials, resources, and assessments to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
• Identify skill gaps and training needs across departments and work collaboratively with stakeholders to address these requirements.
• Continuously enhance training methodologies, incorporating innovative approaches and technologies to optimize learning outcomes.

Change Management:

• Lead and manage change initiatives within the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Develop change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies to support the successful adoption of changes.
• Anticipate potential challenges and resistance to change, proactively implementing mitigation plans to ensure smooth transitions.
• Monitor and measure the impact of change efforts, providing feedback and making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Act as a catalyst for a positive organizational culture, fostering a growth mindset and adaptability to change among employees.

Training Evaluation and Improvement:

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs and change management efforts through qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to analyze training results and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement feedback-driven improvements to training content, delivery methods, and change management strategies.

Knowledge Management:

• Stay updated on industry best practices, training trends, and change management methodologies, incorporating relevant insights into training and change initiatives.
• Share knowledge and expertise with fellow trainers, peers, and management to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with the capacity to work well in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and change management tools is preferred.
• Supply Chain domain knowledge is a plus.
