The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will be responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of all cybersecurity initiatives. This executive will drive the company's efforts in maintaining a secure and compliant environment, and optimize our corporate IT functions to support business scalability. This position will report to the Chief Technology Officer.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and mentor the Information Security and IT teams.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and enforcement of security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits.
• Respond to and manage security incidents and data breaches.
• Drive security reviews of all product development efforts
• Drive continuous improvement in the company's security posture, ensuring it meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Work closely with other executives and departments to ensure the secure and efficient delivery of software services.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers on security-related inquiries and initiatives.
• Ensure all cloud and software operations adhere to regulatory compliance requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and attainment of security certifications, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.
• Develop and manage the budgets for information security and IT

About the team:

Our passionate global Information Security team is a mix of security architects and security operations specialists. They are responsible for all aspects of security, both for our products and for our corporate environment. Our IT team operates our corporate IT infrastructure.

Who you are:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on cybersecurity and cloud operations, and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of information security standards, frameworks, compliance and best practices.
• Familiarity with software development process and life cycle and understand the inherent security risks
• Experience with cloud-native SaaS applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong leadership skills to influence cross functional teams

• Salary range: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00
