We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Demand Management and Operations to join our dynamic and rapidly growing organization. As the Vice President, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand management strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance overall customer acquisition and retention efforts. Additionally, you will lead the sales and marketing operation functions, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment across all revenue-generating departments.
What you’ll be doing:
Demand Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target audience, identify key market segments, and create effective marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and opportunities
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing programs, including digital marketing, content marketing, lead nurturing, events, and other demand generation initiatives
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, improve conversion rates, and drive continuous improvement in demand generation efforts
Sales and Marketing Operations Leadership
- Lead the sales and marketing operation functions, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and scalability across sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Develop and implement sales processes, systems, and tools to drive sales productivity and operational excellence
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to establish and track key performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth
- Implement and optimize revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics to support data-driven decision-making
- Drive the adoption and utilization of sales and marketing technology platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Build and lead a high-performing demand management, sales and marketing operations team, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture, promoting cross-functional collaboration and alignment
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success leaders to understand business objectives, market trends, and customer insights
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive leadership to gain support and alignment for demand generation and revenue operations initiatives
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
- Proven track record of driving demand generation and revenue growth in a B2B technology/software environment
- Extensive experience in developing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and lead nurturing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing operations, including sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and analytics
- Experience with implementing and optimizing CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and deliver against objectives
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
