As a Identity Product Analyst at Avant you have the opportunity to implement new technologies and data platforms, analyze data to influence decisions on products, and directly impact the company's profitability. Avant’s data analyst program aims to develop entrepreneurial, self-driven candidates who thrive in a dynamic environment and are excited about contributing to building a company from the ground up. Regular interactions with senior leadership are a key component of this program.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Intelligence: Support the organization’s data needs through a deep understanding of the data model, and how it maps to business concepts

• Oversee Implementation Lifecycle:

  • Identify business opportunity through data analysis

  • Translate the opportunity into a business case and requirements

  • Work with technical teams to implement new technologies and data platforms

  • Measure effectiveness through further data analysis

• Communication: Simplify complex scenarios into easy to digest visuals. Tailor messaging to your audience, both business and technical.

• Leadership and Operation: Contribute to high-priority, high-value projects, and, after proven performance, manage individuals and teams or specialize further in areas of interest.

• Strategic Impact: Contribute to the company’s profitability through data-driven insights and decisions.

Why you're a fit

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or other technical fields from a top-tier school.

• 1-4 years of data analysis experience

• Highly analytical with advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with additional programming languages in Ruby, Python, R, etc

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings logically

• MBA and graduate school graduates welcome
