Avant is growing its Revenue team in Chicago. We are looking for a proactive and analytical Card Growth Strategy Associate. The Associate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and growth initiatives for the Credit Card business.

What you do at Avant:

• Develop and execute credit card product strategies and roadmaps

• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis

• Use a data-driven approach to assess channel performance and track KPIs

• Prepare and present detailed strategic recommendations based on data insights

• Leverage key tools and business knowledge to build models and frameworks for customer acquisition

• Build, manage, and drive growth with existing strategic and affiliate partners

• Develop and present business cases for new credit card initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful initiative execution

• Develop relationships with existing strategic and affiliate partners, monitor and stay up to date with their goals and initiatives. Uncover new opportunities to grow existing partnerships.

Why you are a fit for Avant:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Economics or related field

• 3+ years of experience in product strategy or business analytics, preferably in the finance industry

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, Python, and Looker

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally to drive initiatives and achieve business objectives

• Basic understanding of credit card product management principles
