What you'll do at Avant
Independently conduct data analyses, including data cleansing, deduplication, enrichment, and identifying marketing qualified leads.
Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to assess marketing performance, covering metrics such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
Conduct marketing test designs, analyses and provide insights to help leadership and key stakeholders understand the impact of marketing strategies and tactics.
Collaborate with marketing peers to optimize campaigns and channels.
Create experimental frameworks, analyze, interpret, and visualize complex data to provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Develop and manage marketing attribution models and their influence on investment decisions.
Work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to identify and prioritize challenges, propose actionable solutions, and communicate results to business partners.
Why you're a fit for Avant
3-5 years of work experience in marketing analytics or a related field within a fast-paced, data-driven direct-to-consumer business.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, or ability to readily acquire proficiency based on experience with comparable programming/querying languages.
Experience working with Looker or Tableau, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
Prior involvement in marketing analytics initiatives, including experimentation, test design, and segmentation, such as Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Channel Attribution, Digital Analytics, Pricing and Promotion, and Demand Forecasting.
Experience with website A/B optimization tools, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
Project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Experience within the Fintech/Insurtech industries is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
