In this role you will be responsible for the audio and video content ingestion, scheduling and

publishing on the company technologies (audio & video), for customers across Europe.

Department: EU Messaging & Data Entry

Location: Bucharest, hybrid work model

Contract: undetermined contract

Profile requirements:

 English – advanced level, verbal & written

 Responsible, well organized, thorough, proactive

 Ability to analyze and synthesize

 Ability to work with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams

 Data literacy: competence in finding, manipulating, managing, and interpreting data,

including not just numbers but also text and images

 Excellent knowledge of MSOffice applications

 The ability to use Excel to gain greater efficiencies in their job; preferably has

knowledge of:

 Filter data and manage a filtered list.

 Perform multiple-level sorting, use sorting options.

 Modify a database and insert data from another source.

 Group and dissociate data.

 Know how to use conditional formatting and similar.

 Use advanced functions (Vlookup, If, Text and Information Functions)

Work schedule:

 Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, EET

 Weekend and RO public holidays “On call” shifts by rotation

Responsibilities:

 Audio & video content ingestion, scheduling and publishing, across multiple platforms.

 Verifies that information provided on scheduling briefings is complete and accurate.

 Deal with day to day planning and scheduling enquiries.

 Ensure quality control of audio and video content to match with the company’s

technology.

 Make sure content scheduling is delivered on time, with high quality

 Maintain detailed records of what/when was uploaded.

 Provide assistance to operational & support teams in order to support additions and

modifications of content scheduling.

 Communicate status and missing information.

 Track data related to content programing using internal ticketing tools.

 Attend meetings, take detailed notes and follow up with next steps as needed.

 Product update testing.

 Support the Supervisor & Manager in reporting as necessary.
