Customer Service Specialist
Location: Warsaw, Targowa 24 (no possibility of remote work)
Form of employment: Employment contract
Working hours: 8:00-16:00 or 9:00-17:00 (optional)
Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic, communicative person to join the team dealing with customer service and technical and administrative support. The person in this position will be responsible for:
- Technical support of the sales department in the field of MOOD Audio, Mood Digital Signage and Aroma devices, preparation of offers, project coordination
- Customer support for MOOD Audio, Mood Digital Signage and Aroma devices
- Preparing devices for installation at customers (testing, programming, documentation)
- Contact and coordination of service technicians
- Preparation of valuations of installations, warranty and post-warranty services and organization of their implementation
- Organization of technicians' work
- VIP customer support in dedicated ITSM or other systems
Requirements:
Essential:
- Native knowledge of Polish
- Knowledge of English at a level that allows for free communication
- Ability to make phone calls and high communicativeness (no pronunciation defect)
- Proficient computer use (MS Office, Internet)
- Ability to work under time pressure, good work organization
- Independence, ability to solve problems quickly
Nice to have:
- IT Knowledge
- Knowledge of audio systems (e.g. connecting speakers, amplifiers, home theater)
- Knowledge of Digital Signage Systems
- Experience working in a similar position
- Knowledge of Linux systems will be an advantage
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems
