We're looking for a Sr. Product Designer to join the Domains team, which simplifies domain and email management so users can focus on building their online presence. This team also manages Google Workspace accounts for custom email addresses. You will collaborate with a small team of designers to own the domain and email experience, ensuring it's intuitive and empowers customers to manage and optimize their web addresses and emails within the Squarespace ecosystem
This is a hybrid role working from our New York City headquarters. You will report to a Design Director on the Domains team.

- You will drive work from discovery and concept through detailed design and delivery.
- Be data-driven and have an interest in measuring and improving the experience.
- Contribute to OKRs, product strategy, vision, and roadmap by working closely with PM and Engineering partners
- Help define key metrics in order to track success and business impact
- Maintain clear team alignment around goals and priorities
- Partner with user research and testing, ensuring usability and product consistency
- Collaborate with our Design Systems team to ensure your work integrates into our ecosystem
- Love talking to users and looking at data in equal measure
Who We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in product design
- Simplifies complex data into actionable design tasks
- Proficient in Figma and prototyping both large concepts and micro-interactions
- Strong visual design expertise in consistency, color, typography, and animation
- Experience with UX methodologies for complex systems (service blueprints, user journeys, usability testing)
- Systems approach to designing large concepts and micro-interactions
- Effective at storytelling and tailoring presentations for different audiences
- Passionate about impactful design, staying current with trends
- Provides thought leadership and aligns design with brand voice

Cash Compensation Range: $153,500 - $247,250 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
