Squarespace is seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Engineering Leadership.

Running an efficient operation is critical to Squarespace's success, and you will support our SVP of Engineering and two VPs by streamlining their day-to-day. You excel in a dynamic environment and build rapport quickly - establishing trust and credibility with a wide variety of individuals across our diverse organizational groups.

You will report directly to the Team Lead, Executive Assistant and be based in our NYC office.

You'll Get To…

  • Act as the primary manager and scheduler for the team's calendars
  • Ensure that all meetings start and end on time and help ensure the productivity of meetings
  • Book domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage and submit expense reports
  • Assist with the set-up and planning of the team offsites and events
  • Manage Tech and Engineering team meeting scheduling and day-of logistics, including Quarterly All-Hands and staff meetings
  • Coordinate and draft team updates and other cross-functional communications
  • Handle special projects (i.e., research, event planning, presentation rehearsals)
  • Handle legal, financial, and HR documents with confidentiality
  • Assist in defining and tracking the Engineering team discretionary budget

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including experience with C-level leaders, and the desire to be a career EA
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with superb time management skills
  • High degree of proficiency with G Suite and MS Office

Cash Compensation Range: $79,500 – $127,650 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
