Tock is looking for an accomplished and driven B2B Growth Marketer to join the Tock marketing team. As a Growth Marketer, you will develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and activation. You will use a combination of data analysis, creativity, and digital marketing expertise to optimize our marketing efforts. We are looking for an understanding of multiple marketing channels, strategic ability, and experience with data-driven decision-making.
This is a full-time opportunity and you will report to the Head of Tock Marketing. This is a hybrid opportunity in either our Chicago or New York office. Occasional travel between our offices in Chicago and NYC may be required.

You'll Get To…
- Oversee strategy, planning, and overall execution of growth marketing programs
- Use market research to identify opportunities for growth, gain an understanding of our target audience.
- Manage marketing campaigns across channels including digital advertising, email marketing, social media. and more.
- Plan and buy paid social media
- Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize conversion rates, reduce customer acquisition costs, and increase revenue.
- Use data analytics tools to report on important performance metrics, and use insights to make decisions and improve marketing strategies.
- Manage media partnerships.
- Oversee channel expansion and testing.
- Determine learning agenda; use data and design experiments to inform recommendations and decisions.
- Collaborate with Tock leadership and capability leads to develop and to determine and prioritize growth strategies across product, marketing and sales
- Collaborate with teams, including product, sales, and account, to develop integrated marketing programs that align with our goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and growth hacking techniques to inspire creativity and stay ahead of the competition.
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience as a B2B Growth Marketer or in a similar role, with experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- 3+ years experience developing strategic, comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Proficiency interpreting large amounts of data and identifying relevant insights.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including; paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and data reporting tools. Hubspot experience ideal.
- Creative mindset with the ability to quickly pivot and experiment with new ideas.
- Experience with continuous improvement.
- Experience in the restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry ideal.

Cash Compensation Range: $97,000 - $140,000 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Tock employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
