Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cuautitlán, Mexico . This role involves contributing to the deployment, support, and monitoring of our robotics fleets at customer sites. As a Robotics Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products, working closely with customers and internal engineering teams to ensure the successful operation of our robotic system.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer locations in Mexico for on-site installation of our cutting-edge robotic systems.
  • Provide comprehensive training to users on the functionality and operation of the robotic solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to gather feedback on system operation and contribute to refining operating models.
  • Offer technical troubleshooting assistance to on-site technicians, aiding in resolving challenges they encounter.
  • Conduct training sessions for new technicians, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle the robotic system.
  • Create and maintain detailed supporting documentation for standard procedures, empowering technicians to handle various scenarios effectively.
  • Proactively monitor dashboards to identify potential technical issues and dispatch timely support as required.
  • Compile and analyze usage metrics, providing valuable insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field such as mechanical, electrical, or computer science
  • English language proficiency
  • Knowledge of autonomous robotics system architecture and related components
  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and debugging electro-mechanical hardware from industry experience or project teams
  • Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and software diagnostic tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent deductive reasoning and analytical skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Comfortable with hands-on work (lifting up to 25kg/standing for long periods).
