Title: Lead Fulfillment Associate (HUB)

Hours/Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm (overtime as needed)

Compensation: $22.25

Location: Moreno Valley, CA

What you’ll do:

What you’ll do:

As a Lead Associate you will be working within our several teams:

  • Receiving: Physically and virtually receive and store customer inventory into company systems. Communicate arrivals and exceptions of said inventory across stakeholders.
  • IPP/Local Spoke Sites: The post-receiving process. Shipping merchant inventory to various locations within the Shipbob Network, in addition to communicating with transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Other Duties as Required: Offer to help with tasks (or departments) outside of your normal day-to-day responsibilities to ensure operations are running efficiently. Anticipate needs: take initiative to start on tasks before being asked.
  • Comply to all food safety and compliance policies and regulations.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs and consistently arrive for work on time.
  • Must be able to communicate Safety Policies, Standards of Conduct Policies, daily performance and quality expectations proficiently in English. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
  • Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to an 8-10 hr shift.
  • Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
  • May be required to help in other departments as needed.
  • You’re willing to get your hands dirty to get a task completed.
  • You have the ability to adapt to change quickly.
  • You are extremely detail oriented.
  • Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
  • You’re looking to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing start-up company.
  • Previous warehouse experience is not required.
  • Must be 18 or older.

Reports to: Area Manager

Classification: Hourly/Non-Exempt
