Title: Retail B2B Analyst

Location: Remote in India

Shift Timing: 5:30 pm – 2:30 am IST

Role Description:

We are seeking a Retail B2B Analyst to join our team! As a member of the Supply Chain team, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and modifying shipping documents compliant with our retail trading partners. You will conduct ad hoc research and develop reports as required. You’ll become an expert on ShipBob’s B2B data and shipping documents and support our growing internal B2B stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

  • Create and design retail compliant packing list, GS1-128 labels, and bill of ladings using custom built and third-party systems.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as data mappings, process flows, standard operating procedures, and retail compliance requirements.
  • Support the Retail B2B Operations team by creating reporting to streamline data retrieval, data entry, and identify exceptions.
  • Investigate, resolve, and communicate EDI-related issues to minimize disruptions to business operations
  • Become an expert on the data collected at ShipBob related to Retail B2B orders and serve as a resource for other technical resources at the company, and advocate for changes in our WMS if critical pieces of information are not being tracked.
  • Perform root cause analysis on critical issues related to processing of B2B orders and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Under the guidance of Supply Chain Management, support and execute projects aimed at improving supply chain processes
  • Communicate results of complex investigations and projects to non-technical audiences concisely.
  • Maintain and provide exceptional service to internal customers.
  • Other duties/responsibilities as necessary.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in analytics.
  • Excellent research skills and problem solving required.
  • Solid communication skills with an ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • Intermediate SQL and Power BI skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Willingness to learn new software
  • Supply chain experience and e-commerce data experience are a plus.
