We're looking for a growth-oriented Account Manager to join our Paid Search team. You will be expected to manage direct-response pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and own strategy, planning, and execution for multiple clients.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently without direct guidance from the Director.

Duties:

  • You will work with the Director to create and execute paid search strategies for clients.
  • You will be hands on with not just the Google Ads ecosystem (Search, Shopping, Display) but also Bing Ads as well.
  • You will be responsible for quality assurance in the projects executed for the client. That can range from making sure bid strategies are aligned with goals to keeping copy clear of typos.
  • The more experience creating strategic roadmaps and testing plans the better.
  • You will take the lead on daily budget pacing, test analysis and reporting.
  • You will be expected to develop a voice with the client.
  • You can dive into Google Analytics 4 and make sense of data.
  • Leverage Asana/ClickUp for task management and team collaboration.
  • The ability to fully manage campaign set-up and activation when needed.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ paid search experience and a minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing digital marketing role
  • Hands-on experience with at least one bidding platform
  • Strong familiarity with Google Analytics 4
  • Agency experience preferred but not required
  • You know Microsoft Excel in and out.
