1. Own the core of the product and get opportunities to work with customers (scientists, some of whom are literally solving brain cancer)
2. Work with an incredibly accomplished, mature, and most importantly, a kind set of teammates.
3. Be compensated well with meaningful founding-level equity

Sr. Frontend Engineer with Experience Building 0→1

• 3+ years of experience in building & managing frontend services deployed to production.
• Experience with building B2B/enterprise software
• Experience with building and integrating REST APIs
• 2+ years of experience in modern web design
• A portfolio showing UI design + production code (screens, prototypes, Github, pattern library)
• You take complete ownership of the work you ship.

• TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Some experience with reading and understanding Python (or another OOP language)
• Using Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.

• Experience with building Generative AI applications
• Previous 0→1 experience, or early-stage startup experience, or other evidence of scrappiness
• Exposure to Scientific Instruments / Biotech or adjacent Research

• Contribute to building the product engineering team, lead and mentor new engineers
• Scale the product to millions of users
