Market Wagon is hiring Part-Time Delivery Drivers!

Are you someone who cares about supporting small farms and local food makers? Want a flexible job that starts ASAP and pays quickly? Join Market Wagon and help bring farm-fresh food directly to doorsteps in your community.

We’re looking for reliable, community-minded drivers to join our team. This is a part-time/gig with room to grow with opportunities as fulfillment associate or coordinator at our local hub as your role evolves! You will pick up orders in Markle and deliver them to customers in the Fort Wayne and Northern Indiana area.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver local food products directly to customers using your own vehicle
• Represent Market Wagon with professionalism and friendliness
• Work Tuesdays from approximately 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (flexible – you don’t have to drive every week!)

What We Offer:

• Average $22/hour (includes base pay + mileage + tips)
• $25 bonus after your 3rd successful route
• $75 bonus after your 10th successful route
• Feel-good work supporting local farms and small food businesses
• Quick onboarding and fast pay

What You’ll Need:

• Be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (totes may need to be taken up stairs)
• Smartphone (for routing and delivery tracking)
