Our store teams are the heart of Leap and we need to find the best and brightest individuals to be the face of our Grown Brilliance boutique in Georgetown, DC. We are seeking Brand Security Ambassadors who are dedicated to maintaining a secure and safe environment for the clients and employees at all times. This role includes serving as ambassador and first impression for Grown Brilliance clients making it critical for this individual to provide best in class service.

The Leap platform launches and operates insight-driven retail stores for modern brands with better performance and less risk. Among the trailblazing brands we work with are: ASTR the Label, Frankies Bikinis, Malbon Golf, ThirdLove, True Classic Tees and many more.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome, engage and create positive experiences for customers while exhibiting the Leap values + Grown Brilliance ethos.
  • Partner and support all team members in management of customer flow to maintain excellent customer experience.
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast paced environment whilst servicing customers
  • Participate in general store maintenance; cleanliness & upkeep of store
  • Support the initiatives of the leadership team to drive sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence
  • Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business; including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events
  • Embraces learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, apps, etc.; experience with Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Office is a plus
  • Capable and willing to perform opening and closing tasks in the store; potential to carry store keys
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • One or more years of experience in retail/security/loss prevention; background in luxury or jewelry is preferred
  • Comfortability working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs
  • Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.

Salary: $19-$21/hr
