About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (UK-based), you'll be at the forefront of our mission to become the go-to platform for organizations of all sizes. We're looking for a passionate problem-solver who's excited to join our dynamic team.

Your role will involve identifying and engaging with key decision-makers at our ideal clients. You'll work closely with our Sales Lead, Marketing, and the broader team to generate new opportunities. What your day looks like:

  • Become a Formaloo mastermind: Dive deep into the Formaloo platform and become a Formaloo expert. Understand its features, benefits, and how it solves real-world problems.
  • Spot high-potential opportunities: Identify businesses and markets that are screaming for Formaloo's solutions. Your sharp eye will spot the perfect targets.
  • Lead generation: Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate meetings with decision-makers (senior manager/director-level leads) at ideal companies. Your goal? Get them excited about a meeting while aiming for an impressive 80% attendance rate.
  • Qualify leads: Understand your prospects' pain points and challenges. Are they a perfect match for Formaloo? Dig deep to ensure they're the right fit.
  • Win 'em over: Use your charm and communication skills to engage prospects. Deliver top-notch service and build relationships that lead to sales.
  • Play your part: Work closely with Account Executive. You're the MVP, setting up meetings and passing the baton for the big sale.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitors. Your insights will help us position Formaloo perfectly.
  • Craft your message: Write compelling emails that connect prospects' goals with Formaloo's value. Speak clearly and confidently about our product.
  • Level up: Continuously learn and develop your product knowledge and sales skills. You'll be a force to be reckoned with. Live by the Formaloo Creed.
  • Make it better: Suggest ways to improve our demand generation process. Keep our documentations accurate and up-to-date.
  • CRM management: Keep our CRM organized and up-to-date with all meetings and lead information.

You're perfect for this role if you:

  • Have 6+ months of experience in a SaaS environment, preferably focusing on B2B selling.
  • Are eager to continuously learn more about the software and use your knowledge to improve your work.
  • Love to learn and apply new skills and coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Excel at understanding customer needs through active listening and effective questions.
  • Find it easy to connect with people and communicate clearly.
  • Are able to grasp complex concepts and break them down into simple, understandable terms.
  • Are always seeking new opportunities and taking the initiative to drive outcomes.
