SyBridge Technologies is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to lead and oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities within the facility. This role is responsible for ensuring that all products meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

The Quality works closely with various departments including Engineering, Production, and Program Management teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the entire manufacturing process. This leader will drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventative measures to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Operation Managers to coordinate and priorities business needs.
  • Develops and maintains all IATF documentation.
  • Work with customers to develop validation protocols and reporting.
  • Scheduling and performance of Internal Quality Audits.
  • Maintaining and scheduling the calibration of company owned measuring devices.
  • Scheduling and performing corrective action problem solving sessions as required
  • Responsible for maintaining all Quality System documentation and functions including intranet web page, as required
  • Facilitate corrective actions and oversee the closure of non-conformances arising from internal and external audits by collaborating with cross-functional departments and divisions, including the resolution of external non-conformances.
  • Other related duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Cover absences and vacation of quality auditors

Required to travel between SyBridge sites and customer sites – approx. 25% monthly

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
  • 5+ years of quality engineering experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of automotive core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
  • Experience with IATF 16949 quality management systems
  • Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Professional knowledge of CMM and other measuring equipment, is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with the plastic injection molding process (preferred).
  • Above Average computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
