Position Summary

SyBridge Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to support the troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance of complex machinery and equipment across our advanced manufacturing facilities. This is a hands-on role for a licensed millwright or a third/fourth-year apprentice nearing certification, with proven experience in mechanical systems, Injection press troubleshooting, and industrial maintenance.

The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently or lead smaller tasks within a collaborative team environment. If you’re ready to apply your experience in a high-impact role, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Injection Press and other industrial machinery with minimal supervision.
• Lead or mentor junior apprentices in safe and efficient maintenance procedures.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to resolve complex mechanical issues.
• Accurately document maintenance activities, contributing to shift continuity and historical tracking.
• Execute machine alignments, installations, and calibrations with high precision.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and production departments.

Technical Experience Should Include:

• Injection Press troubleshooting (DMG, FPT, Makino, Ona, Parpas, Unisig, etc.)
• Injection Press controller systems (Fanuc, Heidenhain, Allen Bradley)
• Use of precision tools (laser alignment, micrometers, dial indicators)
• Operation of test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, sensors)
• Skilled with machining/fabrication equipment (lathes, mills, welders, presses)

Qualifications:

• Licensed Industrial Mechanic (Millwright 433A) or advanced third/fourth-year apprentice
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
• Comfortable supporting fast-paced production environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
