The Sales Team for SyBridge Technologies is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive for our Mobility & Industrial Solutions Division, focusing on new opportunities with Korean OEMs and Tier Suppliers. We are looking for an individual with experience in business development and sales in manufacturing, particularly within the injection molding and mold tooling industry with established relationships and a knowledge of mobility and industrial markets. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Sales, this role will make a significant contribution to the overall pipeline and sales growth of the Mobility & Industrial Solutions group.
In this role you will drive new customer acquisitions and establish a strong foundation of relationships with Korean clients, setting a solid baseline for long-term growth and unlocking sales opportunities through a strategic selling approach. You will partner closely with other sales team members, engineering, program management and our site operations teams to get our customers acclimated with the SyBridge team, capabilities, and overall business. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively perform a technical sales motion and to sell a comprehensive and strategic view of SyBridge to our customers in M&IS. You must also be able to sell to work in a fast-paced environment that requires regular travel for customer visits, manage and grow a large pipeline of opportunities, effectively forecast sales from your given territory and accounts, and act as the face of SyBridge with its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build partnerships that drive long-term enterprise value.
- Acquire new customers among Korean OEMs and Tier Suppliers, converting them into profitable, revenue-generating accounts.
- Grow customer relationships and drive year-over-year (YoY) pipeline and sales growth.
- Develop and execute an aggressive client acquisition strategy across M&IS verticals.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts using Salesforce and other software tools.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and internal stakeholders to manage complex contracts, including long-term agreements with customers.
- Articulate SyBridge’s strategic vision, fostering collaboration and long-term partnerships with prospective customers.
- Establish and refine enterprise-level customer acquisition processes, executing and continuously improving them.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales and/or Procurement within M&IS.
- 10+ years working with Korean OEMs and Tier Suppliers in M&IS.
- 8+ years in injection molding, mold tooling, prototyping, or related industries.
- Strong network within the injection molding and tooling sectors.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing nuances and customer expectations.
- Proven ability to develop and grow new customer relationships.
- History of driving commercial innovation.
- Ability to manage multiple (50+) distinct customers efficiently.
- Experience working within a manufacturing sales organization with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to define offerings, market capabilities, and forge new manufacturing partnerships using innovative approaches.
- Demonstrated success in strategic enterprise sales with multiple technical product offerings.
- Creative thinker with a talent for identifying new ways to create value.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for customer-facing presentations and organized spreadsheets.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Must have an injection molding and tooling industry background.
- Fluency in English and Korean is required.
