Position Summary

As a Demand Generation Manager for the SyBridge Digital Platform, you will be pivotal in crafting and executing strategies that generate qualified leads, drive user acquisition, and boost revenue for our suite of software applications. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams, you will create and optimize campaigns to attract and convert highvalue prospects. We’re seeking a datadriven, creative professional with a proven track record in demand generation and growth marketing within the B2B or B2C space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, and web.
  • Create and manage comprehensive campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Manage multichannel campaigns, including email marketing, social media (specifically LinkedIn), webinars, paid advertising, and SEO.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to segment audiences, score leads, and personalize outreach.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continually refine messaging, design, and targeting.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and effective follow-up.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in demand generation, growth marketing, and digital marketing.
  • Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong expertise in integrated marketing, digital marketing, and campaign strategy.
  • In depth knowledge of paid media and SEM.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry or engineering software space is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
