Position Summary

In support of the Mission, Vision and Values of SyBridge Technologies Group of Companies, the Customer Solutions Associate is responsible to provide accurate mold cost evaluations to the LS&C Team, and ultimately to the end customer. The goal is to provide the customer with an engineered approach to meeting their requirements. Reporting to the LS&C Estimating Manager, the Customer Solutions Associate works to ensure accuracy and consistency to help the team meet or exceed all goals and objectives required from this department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follows prescribed methods and procedures in developing tool costs for the final quote preparation.
  • Propose “out-of-the-box” concepts that bring value added to the customer’s RFQ.
  • Provide budgetary mold layouts to insure concept viability and accuracy.
  • Provide Business Development analytics based on customer interactions.
  • Prepares cost analysis to calculate material, labor, subcontracting and overhead costs.
  • Review documents and Data to ensure understanding of scope of work of all quotes.
  • Review customer unique items list and apply to each tool cost.
  • Technical reviews of quotes and revisions for completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensures timely completion of quotes.
  • Informs supervisor of any observed inaccuracies or omissions in quoted items or costing database.
  • Completes Rancho plant level quotes in co-ordination with on-site estimator.

COLLABORTIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Knowledge of multiple customer standards and tool types
  • Quote turnaround time
  • Knowledge of existing, and potential new customer’s standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

EDUCATION

  • Certification or 3-5 years Equivalent Experience in Mold Manufacturing environment

EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE

  • 5 years Multi-Cavity or High Precision Mold experience preferred.
  • Experience in Plastic Injection Mold Design and/or Mold Manufacturing
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Build a positive team and customer relationship.
  • Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines as required.
  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel
  • Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check.
