Position Summary:

The Account Manager will be responsible for driving profitable net growth via retention and growth of small, mid-size and large customers. Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges and establish appropriate SyBridge products as the best solution available. Able to influence customers buying behavior by conducting impactful discovery calls and reviews, deliver impactful solutions that meet customer’s expectations and address the customer’s pains/ gains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing SalesForce.com to manage tight, organized sales processes with quality operational performance.
  • Place calls to assigned accounts in accordance with Account Management plan to conduct business reviews, educate customers on product functionality, and generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize use of SyBridge capabilities.
  • Setup and conduct demo presentations and/or solutions overviews
  • Negotiate software pricing and create customer quotes.
  • Work collaboratively with legal, finance, and operations to streamline changes to customer accounts (renewals, migrations, upgrades, etc.)
  • Present value prop of SyBridge in a confident manner
  • Respond to all emails and voicemails in a professional, timely manner.
  • Setup and host presentations, negotiate, and close add-on sales opportunities.
  • Meeting and surpassing quantitative and qualitative goals, perform Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and other vital sales process activities.
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the sales team.
  • Align with leadership to develop messaging, standardized presentations, and sales processes for business success.

Key Characteristics:

  • Experience working with mid-market and larger customers.
  • Commercially minded and strong sales muscle for contract expansions and upsell opportunities.
  • Strong phone presence and experience in cultivating current account base.
  • Demonstrated ability to present and explain solutions over the phone strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a focus on quality.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, and Power Point.

Qualifications:

  • EDUCATION: bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or Communication preferred or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
  • EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of sales/account management experience in industrial, tooling and/or manufacturing industry
