Chowly’s best-in-class partnership ecosystem (including DoorDash, Toast, Uber Eats, Square, and others) has created an exciting opportunity to accelerate our growth further.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a driven, competitive Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our next phase of platform growth. This is a high-output, high-upside role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

You’ll be the front line of our sales engine, identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, and generating pipeline for our Account Executives. Restaurant owners are operators first, not email checkers, so this is a call-driven BDR role.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Maintaining and updating our data in our sales engagement tool, Gong, and CRM
  • Make 120-180 calls per day to inbound, outbound, and existing customers on legacy products
  • Book 3-4 meetings per day in a high-velocity SaaS environment
  • Video prospecting
  • Qualifying to ensure the customer or prospect fits our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Ensuring the customer or prospect shows up to the booked demo

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • 1+ years of experience prospecting or selling into small business accounts

  • Have experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry
  • Have a call-heavy experience in a prior sales role
  • You want to make a career out of tech sales and grow within an organization
  • Experience selling to small business owners
