We are looking for a CPA Account Manager to work closely with our customers and ensure their success.
As a CPA Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. You will understand their specific needs and goals, and work with them to maximize the value they receive from our product. Your role will involve proactive monitoring, onboarding new customers, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support and guidance. This position is vital for maintaining customer satisfaction and driving customer retention.

- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Experience with customer success or account management is a plus
