The Role
As a Student Assistant in Strategy & Market Research, you will play an active role in driving our mission to transform urban mobility. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, international company with the flexibility to balance your work and studies, especially during exam periods. Reporting to the Strategy Manager, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the business unit to support strategic and data-driven initiatives. As our team increasingly applies AI and automation to strategic analysis, you'll help shape how these tools support our decision-making.This role offers real ownership of projects that feed directly into commercial decisions, along with mentorship to help you grow.

How to make an impact

  • Analyze parking-market data to uncover trends and actionable insights.

  • Help build and maintain collaborative internal tools and AI-assisted workflows with a focus on learning and development.

  • Translate complex data analyses into clear recommendations and engaging presentations for leadership.

  • Support CRM initiatives by structuring requirements, testing new features, and identifying smarter ways to optimize our systems.

  • Collaborate on ad-hoc strategic analyses, market research, and team coordination tasks to support the team’s objectives.

Your background

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

  • Comfortable working with data, including a basic understanding of Python, SQL, or experience with BI tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in translating data into clear presentations.

  • Curiosity about applying AI tools (e.g. LLM-based research or automation) to help write, debug, and optimize data queries and scripts.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative, hands-on approach to taking ownership and driving independent results.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is a welcome addition but not required.
