We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The Role
Arrive guides customers and communities toward brighter futures and more livable cities — and reliable, high-quality service is what makes that promise real on the ground. As Customer Service Director for France and Belgium, you'll lead Customer Service as the operational service provider to Arrive's Business Units, with one non-negotiable priority: every customer gets the contractual level of service they're owed, day in and day out. From there, you'll go further — unifying fragmented teams into a single high-performing operating model, driving full ServiceNow adoption, and running a tight cost base that lets Parking and Transport grow with confidence, knowing delivery on the ground will hold. You'll act as an escalation point when critical accounts need it, and as a peer to other regional Directors in keeping European operations aligned.
How to make an impact

  • Guarantee contracted service levels across France and Belgium — using operational data to catch backlog, SLA drift, and partner performance risks before they become incidents, and fixing them, not just flagging them.

  • Own the Customer Service cost base — driving cost control and operational efficiency as the foundation that lets Parking and Transport grow without service risk.

  • Drive full ServiceNow adoption and process harmonisation across France and Belgium, turning the region into a model other Arrive markets can adopt.

  • Support Business Units as a reliable service partner — providing costed operational input for tendering and stepping in on escalations when needed.

  • Build and lead a high-performing regional management team — Field Service Managers, Contract Managers, and L1 Support leadership across both countries.

Your background

  • Track record leading field services or ITSM-driven operations through real transformation — unifying fragmented teams/regions into one operating model, ideally with hands-on ServiceNow or comparable platform rollouts.

  • Strong financial acumen: comfortable owning a cost-focused P&L and translating operational decisions into efficiency and margin impact.

  • A curious, data-led operator who identifies risk early and designs the fix themselves, rather than escalating problems upward.

  • Fluent French and English required; Dutch a strong asset for Belgium.

  • Comfortable at the table with senior stakeholders across Business Units, with genuine command of contract and SLA management.

The role is based in Paris or Brussels.
