The Role

As the Head of French Professional and Institutional Relations at Arrive, you will play a pivotal role in representing the Group before key government and professional parking institutions, promoting our brand, and defending our short- and long-term interests. Sitting within our Institutional & Public Affairs domain, this leadership role guarantees our strategic relationships with government bodies and professional federations. Working hand-in-hand with our Public Affairs department, you will showcase Arrive’s vital contributions to economic activity and serve as a trusted advocate for the Group and the broader parking and urban mobility sector.

How to make an impact

• Represent the Arrive Group before elected officials' associations (AMF, France Urbaine, etc.), local authorities, transport and parking professional associations, civil servant or local authority associations (AITF, etc.), and standardization bodies (BNTRA, etc.).

• Coordinate the relationship between Arrive and the French national parking association (FNMS) and assist the country director in representing Arrive in these instances.

• Present the expertise and needs of the Group and/or the profession regarding regulation, state support, and standardization.

• Participate in working groups with the objective of defending the short- and long-term interests of the Group and the profession against bills or government decisions related to legislation.

• Represent the Arrive Group before French (Federations, Associations, etc.) and potentially European professional parking bodies: present the Group's contributions to the profession, participate in, facilitate, or lead working groups, with the objective of representing the Group's short- and long-term interests in the profession's official stances.

• Work hand-in-hand with our Public Affairs department to guarantee the relationship with professional institutions.

About you

You are a strategic, collaborative, and diplomatic leader who thrives at the intersection of public policy, government relations, and business advocacy. You possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to build lasting trust with public authorities, elected officials, and industry bodies. Driven by an entrepreneurial and optimistic mindset, you excel at active listening, strategic monitoring, and synthesizing complex regulatory topics into clear narratives that protect and advance our mission of transforming urban mobility.

Your background

• Industry Experience: Required experience in the parking, transport, or mobility industry.

• Languages: Native/fluent in French and professional fluency in English (a third language is a plus).

• Education: Ideally an Engineering degree, Business School degree, Law degree (Master's level), or Institut d’Etudes Politiques (IEP).

• Essential Knowledge: Deep understanding of regulations and the political/decision-making structure of local authorities, alongside knowledge of clients' core businesses and the company's product/service offerings.

• Hard Skills: Proven track record in professional networking, company representation, negotiation, strategic monitoring/intelligence, and prospecting techniques.

• Soft Skills: High level of autonomy, curiosity, rigor, critical thinking, creativity, and strong synthesis skills. Ethics, perseverance, and a customer-service mindset are central to your approach.
