The Role

We are seeking a Print Production Specialist to lead the day-to-day operations of our print and production department within the Client Operations business unit. Reporting directly to the Manager, Client Operations, this highly active, hands-on role is responsible for producing the vital signage, decals, wraps, and marketing materials that drive our customer installations and global branding initiatives. Based in the Clearwater, Florida / Tampa Bay Area, you will collaborate closely with sales, project management, and customer teams, serving as the primary production resource. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to make a tangible impact on urban mobility by ensuring the quality and efficiency of our physical product deployments, while driving continuous improvement and expanding our in-house production capabilities.

How to make an impact

• Operate and maintain wide-format printers, laminators, cutters, and production equipment to produce high-quality signage, decals, wraps, and labels.

• Manage, prioritize, and execute multiple time-sensitive production projects simultaneously to meet rigorous customer deployment deadlines.

• Source raw materials, manage inventory levels for vinyl, substrates, and supplies, and collaborate with vendors to balance quality and cost.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to review project requirements, provide timeline updates, and safely package and install customized graphics.

• Drive continuous improvement by researching efficient production methods, troubleshooting equipment downtime, and supporting material recycling initiatives.

Your background

• Proven experience in a print shop, sign shop, wide-format printing, manufacturing, or fast-paced production environment.

• Strong technical and mechanical competency operating production equipment, including wide-format printers, laminators, and cutters.

• Demonstrated ability to safely manage physical production demands, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials weighing 50–80 pounds.

• Solid organizational, mathematical, and time management skills with a track record of meeting strict project deadlines.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school, trade school, or production-related training is highly preferred.
