We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The Role

Sitting within Revenue Operations and directly supporting the off-street business led by our Global VP of Off-Street, this is a high-impact individual contributor role. Arrive is seeking a highly disciplined, proactive, and analytical Revenue Operations Manager to serve as the operational and project management backbone of our global off-street parking GTM team. This role operates as a dedicated partner to the off-street business while embedded within the global Revenue Operations team. You will work closely with executive leaders who rely on your data to make strategic business decisions, setting clear priorities in alignment with the Global Director of RevOps, maintaining transparent progress tracking, and communicating proactively across teams.

How to make an impact

  • Function as a structured project manager for GTM initiatives, driving cross-functional tasks (such as product migrations, pipeline updates, and account reassignments) to completion on schedule.

  • Actively manage stakeholder expectations across Sales, Finance, IT, and Product. Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve bottlenecks, system dependencies, or approval blockers before they impact business deadlines.

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert and data steward for the off-street team. While not serving as the dedicated Salesforce Administrator, navigate the platform efficiently, troubleshoot issues, provide actionable insights, and manage approval queues, CRM updates, and ticket resolution with urgency.

  • Own and execute recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reporting (e.g., Weekly Off-Street Data Pack) with strict adherence to deadlines.

  • Build, validate, and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Looker that provide real-time, accurate visibility into pipeline health, coverage, and velocity.

  • Own end-to-end revenue and transaction forecasting, partnering with Finance/Commissions to ensure monthly and quarterly payout files and actuals are audited, accurate, and delivered on time.

  • Implement rigorous self-review processes to ensure 100% data accuracy across all reports, executive decks, and dashboards before distribution.

  • Continuously evaluate workflows to replace manual rebuilds with scalable, automated CRM and BI updates.

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and revenue risks across key off-street product segments (Zone Un-Gated, Express Pay, Hardware, etc.) and deliver executive-ready narratives without prompting.

About you

You are a seasoned revenue/sales operations professional who takes complete ownership of end-to-end sales operations—from pipeline reporting and forecasting to data hygiene and GTM enablement. You thrive on accountability, drive projects to completion without being chased, communicate blockers early, and deliver error-free work that executive leadership can trust implicitly. You are an obsessive advocate for accuracy, maintain extreme attention to detail, and act as a highly proactive communicator who sets clear priorities and responds promptly to team needs.

Your background

  • 6+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or GTM analytics supporting a fast-paced B2B technology or SaaS organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects, establish timelines, and drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, and Finance.

  • Deep experience in Salesforce administration, workflow management, custom reporting, and complex pipeline management (Salesforce Admin Certification is strongly preferred).

  • Expert proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (complex modeling, formulas, validation) and Looker or similar BI platforms (e.g., Tableau/Power BI).

  • Experience with SQL and complex relational databases, or experience supporting global, multi-regional GTM teams (Preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (Preferred).

This role is based in Atlanta.
