The Role

This role is for an impactful and data-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our Arrive A&D team in China. The purpose of this role is to support brand growth by shaping our brand narrative, developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies, and providing market insights that inform commercial decisions. Working closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams, you will combine strategic thinking, content development, event execution, and market analysis to strengthen Arrive's presence in the Chinese automotive market. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Arrive's growth and help position the business as a trusted mobility partner for OEMs in China.

How to make an impact

Brand Growth & Communications: Help shape and execute Arrive A&D China's brand and communications strategy by delivering local activation plans and adapting global messaging for the Chinese automotive market. Build relationships with key automotive, technology, and business media, and support digital communications and industry press activities to strengthen brand visibility.

Event Marketing: Plan and coordinate marketing activities for major industry events (e.g. Auto Shanghai) and partner launch events, ensuring successful execution and impactful brand representation.

Partner Marketing & OEM Collaboration: Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with OEM partners, working across internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively and marketing objectives are achieved.

Market Intelligence & Customer Insights: Conduct regular analysis of China's automotive market, OEM sales performance, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights that support business and marketing decisions.

B2B Marketing & CRM: Create engaging marketing content, including digital content and a monthly newsletter for B2B customers and media partners. Collaborate with global teams to localize CRM campaigns, segment audiences, and support targeted communications for OEM customers.

About you

You are a strategic, curious, and data-driven marketer who enjoys combining creativity with analytical thinking. You have strong communication skills, enjoy collaborating across teams, and are comfortable managing multiple marketing initiatives in a dynamic environment. You use data and market insights to inform decisions and are passionate about building compelling stories that resonate with customers and partners.

Your background
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the China automotive/OEM or Tier-1 supplier sector.

  • Experience with AI tools for content creation, digital marketing channels, and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market research and sales data into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with native-level Mandarin and professional English.

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus but not required).

This role is based in China and will be on a fixed term contract for 2 years with possibility of extension.
