The role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, growing team in Zurich and play a pivotal role in establishing our B2B presence in the Swiss market. You will be working with EasyPark, one of Arrive's flagship brands and a leading provider of digital parking and mobility solutions. As a Junior Account Executive, you'll have full ownership of the sales cycle, a clear career path, and the chance to make a lasting impact. We're looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their sales career.

You will be part of a foundational team, with a strong international network of support, coaching, and a clear development plan to help you succeed. Your resilience and determination will be key as you become a critical part of our growth story.


Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Actively sell, negotiate, and quote EasyPark’s B2B solutions, while providing proactive follow-up and account support

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to drive growth.

  • Plan and execute a high number of daily sales calls, meeting KPIs

  • Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure data quality

  • Take commercial responsibility for customer deals, ensuring high-quality, successful outcomes.

Your background:

  • Previous sales experience is required, ideally in B2B

  • Goal-oriented and driven to exceed targets

  • A team player with the ability to work independently when needed

  • Excellent communication skills, including strong active listening, strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in Swiss German and English. Any other languages like French and/or Italian are a plus

This is a hybrid role and will be based in Zurich.
