Flash is seeking a Building Access Sales Manager to join our local Branch team in the Seattle region. The Building Access Sales Manager (BASM) is responsible for increasing revenue within your geography by scaling existing partnerships and building new relationships. Additionally, you are responsible for guiding high-profile projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring the successful implementation of building access and FLASH hardware and software
What You'll Do:
- Identify, nurture, and procure new business relationships within your assigned region.
- Assume ownership of the entire sales cycle - identify, qualify, descope, negotiate, contract close, and hand off to the implementation team.
- Develop and maintain customer interactions with the purpose of achieving consistent sales goals.
- Travel within territory to prospect new business and maintain existing relationships in addition to managing business through telephone and virtual meetings.
- Attending trade shows, proactively network, and showcase FLASH platform solutions to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales objectives and quotas.
- Complete monthly reports detailing performance, forecasting and project bookings.
- Prepare a weekly forecast and activity reports
- Lead enterprise and other customers through complex implementations at FLASH.
- Onboard new projects, manage them through completion, including scoping, conducting kickoff and weekly meetings, and ordering equipment.
- Coordinate shipments and schedule installation crews, ensuring timely and on-budget completion of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to scope and install products, ensuring systems work as designed.
- Understand objectives, priorities, processes, and potential challenges to guide successful implementations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the FLASH ecosystem and its functionality.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring their success.
- Manage the financial aspects of projects to maintain or improve the original budget and gross margin.
- Create adaptable project plans to address challenges as they arise.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
- Anticipate and proactively manage obstacles, offering alternative solutions when necessary.
- Build strong relationships and enhance the customer experience to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Identify process gaps and make recommendations for future improvement.

- Proven track record of building strong working relationships (internally and externally) and collaborating across all levels and functions of the organization.
- A passion for using data to drive your, and the company’s, success.
- Technical proficiency and comfort in Salesforce (or similar CRM), MS and Google products
- Polished communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality, customer focused - non-negotiable.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive leadership with a high level of commitment and personal integrity.
- Outgoing personality with an aptitude for building relationships.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and an organized, flexible approach to managing competing priorities.
- Outside sales experience selling market disrupting technologies.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years’ experience in outside and or strategic sales and project management.
- College Educated or a Military Background.
- Strong Communications skills.
- Building access and PARCS Manufacturing, Operations, Technical Support, CPP, and PMP certifications (preferred).
- Strong understanding of building access and parking operations, technology, and customer verticals such as government, education, and healthcare.
- Experience with technology implementations and cross-functional collaboration (development, testing, product management, etc.).
