What You’ll Do:

  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze market data to ensure our Park Whiz app product offers optimal pricing and coverage in your assigned region.
  • Collaborative Sales: Partner with local branch and sales leaders to align on strategies, customer communications, and sales activities.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with parking operators through regular site visits, gathering insights, and enhancing partnerships.
  • Opportunity Identification: Spot and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand inventory coverage in the Central US market.
  • Innovative Solutions: Discover creative ways to add value to operator relationships beyond just increasing revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with General Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to optimize experiences for both partners and end-users.
  • Strategic Advising: Provide strategic recommendations that bring value and foster long-term partnerships, ensuring partners are always informed of the latest product offerings.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a keen interest in sales and account management.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding goals and thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Superior problem-solving skills with an inherent drive to succeed.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset, capable of building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to partners.
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business dynamics, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and CRM tools such as Salesforce. Ability to navigate and articulate the competitive landscape.
  • Industry Connections: Strong relationships with parking operators, particularly in the airport and off-airport space recommended.
  • Travel Ready: This role requires some travel (20%). Your preferred home location is Austin, TX, but may be flexible depending on the candidate’s qualifications.
  • Dynamic Personality: A positive, energetic, and entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in high-visibility environments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
