FLASH seeks an Ungated Implementation Consultant whose primary responsibility will be to onboard new clients using proprietary FLASH software and hardware solutions. The Ungated Implementation Consultant liaises with clients to understand and define their business processes, developing customized project plans, hosting weekly virtual meetings to strategically manage project timelines and action items. Additionally, this role is responsible for configuring and training clients on their new systems, and collaborating with Development, and Customer Support teams to resolve and further customize system configurations unique to each client.

They possess organizational and project management skills that allow for driving and tracking multiple projects at a time. They thrive in a fast-paced environment where clear communication and complex coordination are key.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage new client onboarding of software and hardware solutions
  • Drive client system configuration.
  • Train clients on functionality, configuration, and troubleshooting of FLASH software and hardware systems related to their operations.
  • Enter and update parking location data according to the logic of the data management tool.
  • Provide first-level contact to parking operator inquiries via email, phone, and video conferencing.
  • Properly escalate advanced cases to the next level of support.
  • Provide seniors or supervisors with notes regarding the issue/inquiry, the results of their initial investigation, and specific details on points needing clarification.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on a variety of specialized and custom tasks.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks to support the team.
  • This could include but is not limited to providing feedback/insight on team processes, notifying leads about outdated/contradictory processes, and assisting in monitoring regular team tasks.
  • Provide transitional client support post-go live, ensuring project success prior to Customer Support hand off for ongoing system support.
  • Anticipate and understand client needs to ensure client requirements are met proactively, and expectations managed effectively.

  • Expert level knowledge using, configuring, testing and troubleshooting software systems.
  • Problem-solver with the ability to demonstrate creative and measurable successes.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude and an ability to receive, process, and provide objective feedback.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment. Parking industry experience is a plus!

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Parking industry experience.
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).3+ years troubleshooting software.
