Flash is on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Salesforce Manager to spearhead our new Revenue Operations Team. Our mission is to synchronize process, data, technology, and strategy across all revenue-generating functions, with Salesforce playing a pivotal role from both a Sales Cloud and CPQ perspective. We need a seasoned Salesforce leader who can streamline and scale our operations. If you are passionate about leading a team, have a systems-oriented and analytical approach, and excel at translating technical system concepts into clear business terms, this role is tailor-made for you.
Location: This position is Remote but located in Austin, TX, is preferred.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage 2 in-house Salesforce (SFDC) Administrators and 2 Architects based in India, tracking KPIs to monitor performance.
  • Develop and manage the Salesforce product roadmap, balancing business priorities with team capacity, and provide regular updates to the business.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of SFDC changes, including prototype builds, UAT, versioning, deployment, and production testing.
  • Manage interactions with the SFDC vendor team to optimize license counts and new modules.
  • Develop strong relationships with Go-to-Market (GTM) leaders, address their SFDC pain points, and develop solutions.
  • Understand and apply knowledge of CPQ/Revenue Cloud, including Products, key fields, Features/Options for Bundles, pricing waterfall, and Contracted Pricing.
  • Utilize SFDC workflow tools like Process Builder and Flow effectively.

What You Bring:

  • Strong grasp of the SFDC ecosystem, including core and installed packages such as Conga, Lexion, and Prodly, and understanding how they integrate.
  • Deep understanding of Rev Ops and its goals at Flash, and the role of the CRM team.
  • Knowledge of Go-to-Market (GTM) concepts, lead generation, pipeline stages, and bookings/product performance.
  • Proficiency in GSuite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) and JIRA for managing SFDC work intake, dialogue, completion flows, and roadmap.
  • Proficient in Conga Composer and Conga Sign, including understanding Composer syntax/conditions.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce Administrator, Architect, Consultant, or Developer experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a people manager.
  • Experience with Pricing, Price Books/PBEs, Quotes/QLs/Opp Products, Price & Product Rules, Orders, Amendments, Assets, and Subscriptions.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator & Certified Advanced Administrator required
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred
