This hybrid role requires 3 days a week on site at our Dripping Springs, Texas warehouse location.

What You'll Do:
- Review and process all Inventory-related invoices in Concur with correct GL, Customer, Department, and Product dimensions.
- Review and process all Manufacturing Team Credit Card charges in Concur with correct GL, Customer, Department, and Product dimensions.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Team and/or Vendors to correct/update Purchase Order, PO Receipt, and Invoice (3-way match) discrepancies.
- Own our Prepaid Inventory Process from CC charges/Invoice Payments to the Reconciliation of the Prepaid Inventory Balance Sheet Account.
- Own our Drop-Ship Process by collaborating with the Manufacturing Team to ensure that all Transactions are processed timely and in the same accounting period.
- Assist Senior Cost Accountant, Accounting Team, and the Manufacturing Team with Ad-Hoc requests, including External Audits.
- Once comfortable with the workload, begin to transition other Inventory-related processes from the Senior Cost Accountant.
What You Bring:
- Ability to effectively and proactively communicate with different levels and groups.
- A proven ability to take initiative and be proactive in addressing complex issues.
- A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- History of meeting recurring deadlines.
- You have a “can-do” attitude.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years Cost Accounting experience; ideally with a Manufacturing company.
- 3-way invoice match experience.
- NetSuite experience is a plus.
