As a Senior Project Manager at Flash in our Denver Branch, you will be the cornerstone of our project success, ensuring that every initiative is delivered on time, within budget, and exceeds client expectations.
What You'll Do:
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring client-specific deadlines are met with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain proactive and clear communication with all primary stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and informed.
- Manage project resources effectively and efficiently to optimize capabilities and deliver top-notch results.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and report on project progress, making data-driven decisions to ensure projects stay on track.
- Manage project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors and other third parties to achieve time-sensitive goals and ensure seamless execution.
What You Bring:
- Technical acumen in managing the installation of cameras, access control systems, security systems, or any hardware at customer facilities.
- Passionate and skilled in project management with a strong commitment to excellence.
- Proven experience in multitasking, capable of remotely managing multiple field installation projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information to various audiences and maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Quick learner with the ability to rapidly understand new hardware/electronic components and adapt to new technologies with ease.
- Comfortable with autonomy, self-motivated, and driven to achieve excellence without constant supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset, ensuring every aspect of the project meets high standards.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in project management.
- 4-8+ years of experience in project management.
- Familiarity with networks, internet connectivity, or Cloud-based systems is highly desirable.
- Experience in the parking industry is a plus.
- PARCS Manufacturing, Operations or Technical Support, CPP, PMP, certifications are preferred.
