The CRM Program Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and advancing the company’s CRM program. The program manager will lead the Salesforce Team and overall CRM program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and planning. This position, reporting to the VP of Business Systems, will lead a team of inhouse Salesforce administrators and, on a per-project basis, a team of Salesforce architects/developers contractors. This role will work cross functionally with sales, service, marketing, finance, technology, and other teams to ensure successful implementation of projects and enhancements to the CRM platform and related tools.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a team of inhouse Salesforce Administrators
  • Own the CRM, including end user support, maintenance and enhancements of metadata, automations, integrations and data governance
  • Prioritization of Salesforce projects, initiatives and maintenance
  • Work with senior business leaders to support key sales,marketing, customer implementations, customer service and finance processes
  • Work with the business to develop and execute strategic and tactical goals for leveraging Salesforce functionality
  • Ensure that end users have complete transparency into Salesforce project roadmap
  • End-to-end scoping, design and implementation of less complex Salesforce integrations and partner with outside developers/consultants for more complex projects

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in CRM/lifecycle
  • 5+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce or relevant CPQ
  • Disciplined prioritization to bring perspective, clarity and guidance to the CRM team
  • Proven success designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Ability to think from a business & technical perspective
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical degree

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce CPQ Certification
  • Salesforce Developer Certification
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
  • Experience with 3rd party integration tools such as Celigo, Boomi, or Mulesoft
