This highly visible, individual contributor role is essential in enhancing the knowledge and confidence of our Sales, Channel and Client Success teams. We are seeking someone comfortable ‘building new’ and somewhat of a “jack-of-all-trades” who is passionate about driving revenue growth through enablement. Bonus points for experience in Fintech, Banking, or other B2B GTM experience.
Team: Will join a team of ~40 across Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions, Customer Success, and Operation

Base Salary: $97,500 - $130,000

WHAT WE’LL TRUST YOU TO DELIVER:
- Empower Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Teams: Create engaging and scalable collateral and training materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand product offerings, target audience, and sales strategies.
- Brand Guidelines and Content Expertise: Develop and create sales assets, such as presentation decks, case studies, landing pages, and flyers.
- Point of Contact for Revenue Teams: Provide ongoing support and contribute to ad-hoc resource development.
- Marketing Strategy and Sales Enablement: Develop marketing strategies and sales enablement materials, focusing on tailored message development and channel delivery that resonates with target customer audiences.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to refine sales enablement strategies.
- Training Development: Create training materials and conduct regular training sessions for internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing) to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Product Insight Gathering: Collaborate with product managers to gather insights, learn product intricacies, and understand the value delivered to clients.
- Content Simplification: Distill complex information from subject matter experts into digestible content in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Performance Tracking: Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize sales performance.
- Change Management: Champion organizational change management to help cross-functional team members adopt and manage change effectively.
WHAT YOU LIKELY BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or sales enablement, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of developing impactful sales enablement materials and training programs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborative approach to work, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools is a plus.
