Starting with solutions to address the expense of protecting against the financial impact of a high-cost health insurance claim, Aegle is providing solutions to address the timing of reimbursement, credit offerings to bridge the insurance gaps and captive solutions to allow for companies to retain the funds that traditionally would have been used to fund the administrative expenses and profit margins of insurance companies. Aegle was founded in 2020 and has its corporate headquarters based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Aegle is looking to hire a Partnership Manager to join the growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter looking to blaze a career path at their own pace. In this fantastic career opportunity, we desire a key player who will help take our Company to the next level.
Responsibilities & Opportunities:
- Daily point of contact for our program managers and distribution partners
- Ensure client functions are running efficiently and help customers through email, phone, or in-person meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product, operations and marketing to support client communication, training needs and other client deliverables
- Identify and execute cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
Requirements:
Successful candidates will have:
- Experience with self-funded plans and preferably stop loss insurance
- Excellent communication skills: ability to actively listen, clearly articulate ideas and build rapport
- Customer renewal understanding and experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of personnel
- Self-starter who is accessible, analytical, problem solver
- Strong sales acumen: understanding sales techniques and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel, as necessary, to meet with customers and monthly on-site meetings with the Aegle team
